Day 1 - We arrive at the refuge located at 4630 meters above sea level by car, check our equipment, have dinner, and rest.
Day 2 - We depart early in the morning to reach the summit at sunrise. We encounter crevasses and steep terrain, and it will take us approximately 6 hours to ascend and descend. We return to the refuge, pack up, and return to the city of Cayambe.
